10 NASCAR Drivers with Unbelievable Personal Cars

9. Dale Earnhardt Jr.

The third-generation Earnhardt shares the same love for the All-American Chevy Camaro that his All-American family predecessors did. He owns a few generations of Chevy’s, including the special edition fourth-edition Dale Earnhardt, Sr. “Intimidator SS” Camaro, a fifth edition Camaro SS that sports 704 horsepower, and a custom Nova (among his fleet of other “project cars”). But, like the rest of his NASCAR colleagues, he’s also a fan of the classics… including — you guessed it — the old school Camaro’s. He owns a 1967 Camaro rebuilt by Detroit Speed Inc., featuring a traditional small block Chevy V8 with aluminum heads and a carburetor running power to a five-speed stick. And finally, as a change-of-pace, he also has his off-roading truck that’s nicknamed “Big Red,” which he worked with Chevrolet to create from scratch.
